"Failure is not
an option."
Four words. Repeated every single day, from behind the wheel of his first truck.
In 2017, at 54 years old, Marc had lost everything. Years of running his own businesses — gone. He found himself starting over from zero, working 70-hour weeks for $19 to $22 an hour, driving a truck.
Six months in, something shifted. He spotted an idle truck sitting in the yard where he worked, owned by a man drowning in repayments he couldn’t cover. Marc made him a deal — no money, just a handshake and a promise to take over the finance. That first Mercedes was the beginning.
In 2018, Marc started the business. He drove every load himself, never said no to a job, and made sure every one of them got done — no matter what it took. Today, that one truck has become a fleet of 10 trucks, 25 trailers and 10 machines — a multi-million dollar business built with no backing, no clients and no safety net. Just grit.
We’ve since expanded into civil works under our sister brand, Hardcore Hardstands — taking on hardstands, subdivisions and earthworks across WA. This is more than a logistics company. It’s proof that it’s never too late to start again.
